BLACK SHEEP EXPERIENCE (BETIGREWUP LLC) SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) reserves the right to add, modify, or revoke any policies listed in this document at any time. Clients are responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to all of the terms and conditions listed in this document. These terms and conditions are effective December 13, 2023.

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) provides life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses with the understanding that life coaching and self-worth coaching are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling or medical advice. The information and guidance offered by Roshni (or any other party designated to provide coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses through Black Sheep Experience) are intended to support personal and professional development, but they should not be considered a replacement for qualified mental health care or medical treatment.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice:

coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses through Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) are designed to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives, set and achieve goals, and enhance personal well-being. However, it is crucial to recognize that our coaches are not licensed mental health professionals or medical practitioners.

Scope of Services:

Life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses through Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) focus on areas such as self-worth, self-esteem, confidence, and personal development. Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) does not provide therapeutic interventions, diagnosis, or medical treatment for mental health conditions. If you are experiencing mental health issues or require medical advice, it is essential to consult with a qualified mental health professional or medical practitioner.

Client Responsibility:

Clients engaging in life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses acknowledge their responsibility for their own well-being. It is important and within the client’s responsibility to promptly seek professional advice from a licensed mental health professional or medical practitioner if issues arise that may require such expertise.

Confidentiality:

While Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) prioritizes the confidentiality of coaching sessions, clients must be aware that coaching is not bound by the same legal confidentiality standards as professional mental health or medical services. Information shared during coaching sessions may not be protected by the same legal privileges. More details about confidentiality is listed within this document and within Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC)’s privacy policy.

Assumption of Risk:

Engaging in life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses with Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) is done at the client's own risk. Clients understand and accept that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical services, and they assume all responsibility for their choices and actions.

Release of Liability:

By participating in life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses, clients release Black Sheep Experience, www.blacksheepexperience.com, and BetiGrewUp LLC and its coaches from any liability arising from the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, any emotional or psychological distress, loss, or harm experienced as a result of the coaching relationship.

Contacting Professionals:

If clients need professional mental health or medical assistance, Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) strongly encourages them to seek the guidance of licensed professionals in those fields.

By engaging in our life coaching services, tarot readings, and online courses, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. This disclaimer is subject to change, and clients are encouraged to review it periodically.

COACHING SERVICE TERMS

Coaching sessions and tarot readings must start and end within 5 minutes of the start and end time listed on the calendar appointment. Clients showing up past the listed start time of the session will not be able to add that time to the end of their session. If it is necessary not to interrupt the flow of the session and/or for the session to be extended, 1) the extension must be agreed upon by the client party, the coach who is providing the services, and Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC), and 2) the client party will be charged a prorated amount for the extended session in addition to the original payment for the original session duration.

If the client is 20 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show, the virtual appointment session will be closed, and the client must adhere to the no-show policy regarding payments and rescheduling.

Coaching sessions, tarot readings, and live online classes will be recorded only to send to clients, but clients can opt out of recording the session at any time. Clients also have the right to ask me to delete a one-on-one client session recording after the session.

All sessions are virtual and will be conducted through an online video service unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC).

Coaching sessions and tarot reading services do not include coaching via email or via text message unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC).

PAYMENTS

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) must receive the full payment of the service or session in full before the session or have paid the agreed-upon deposit amount between the client party and Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) before the session.

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) reserves the right to cancel a session, even within 24 hours, if deemed necessary due to a lack of payment or lack of communication regarding the payment from the client party.

LOYALTY POINTS

Loyalty Points may be used to complete a partial or full payment of service as dictated by the current loyalty point distribution on www.blacksheepexperience.com and is subject to change at any time by Roshni or any other party designated to make changes under BetiGrewUp LLC. If a client account is deleted, the client will not be able to regain any loyalty points that were lost and unused at the time of the account deletion or cancellation.

INVOICES AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) must receive invoice payments in full by the due date listed on the invoice. The client will have a 3-day grace period of no fees after the due date on the invoice in order to pay the invoice in full. Otherwise, three business days after the invoice due date, an interest penalty of 4% monthly will be added to the invoice payment until the client pays the full amount listed on the late invoice.

If the client changes their payment information for recurring payments at any time, it is the client’s responsibility to update the payment information before the invoice due date to avoid interest and/or penalty fees.

The client party is responsible for checking and adhering to the due date on the invoice.

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) is released from responsibility If a recurring payment or invoice payment results in incurring fees on behalf of the client, such as, but not limited overdraft fees from their banking institution.

PAYMENT BOUNCES OR CHARGE-BACKS

If a client’s payment to Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) bounces or the client incurs a charge-back against Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) for services already provided, the client will no longer be able to receive any future services from Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC), their account will be deleted and any accrued loyalty points will be lost, the payment will be considered late and will be penalty to a 4% interest charge that accrues monthly, and an additional charge-back fee of $100 will be added tot he amount due and will be subject to interest charges.

RESCHEDULE, CANCEL, OR NO-SHOW SESSIONS

The client party may reschedule or cancel a service session as long as it is more than 24 hours in advance of the session.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the original service time are subject to a penalty of the full payment of that client session with no eligibility for a refund or partial payment.

Rescheduled sessions within 24 hours of the original service time are subject to a penalty payment of $50 unless the client provides relevant evidence of an emergency or reason for the last-minute rescheduling which is subject to the dismissal of the $50 penalty payment based on Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC)’s discretion.

Full session payments from clients who were 20 or more minutes late to the session must be paid by the invoice due date to avoid interest charges or additional late fees and penalty charges. Payment to cover a late or missed session cannot be allocated to a future session or service or a different session or service.

If a client does not show up to the original session time (otherwise referred to as a “no-show”), does not communicate a reason for the missed session, or does not reschedule or cancel the session more than 24 hours in advance is subject to a penalty of the full payment of that client session with no eligibility of a full or partial refund.

It is within the right of Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) to refuse services a client who has “no-showed” or canceled appointments 3 times in a row.

If a client books a package of coaching sessions and/or tarot readings, or any combination of the two, and is paying for them through recurring payments, but is overdue or has missed a recurring payment, Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) will provide one more session from the package total while the client is overdue or behind on payments. Any session after that session will be cancelled by Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC), and the client will be responsible for all services and coaching sessions the client attended plus a $100 early cancellation fee.

REFUNDS

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) does not offer refunds for coaching sessions or tarot readings as the service has already been provided to the client and cannot be taken back.

REFUNDS IF THE CLIENT HAS PAID FOR MULTIPLE SESSIONS IN FULL AND CANCELS BEFORE ALL SESSIONS IN THE PACKAGE HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

If the client has booked a package including multiple tarot readings, multiple coaching sessions, or any combination of services, and decides to cancel the remaining sessions after paying for all the sessions in full, the client may receive a partial refund based on the total payment received, subtracting the total number of completed sessions, and subtracting a $100 pre-cancellation fee.

CHARGES

Credit charges, if not paid in full before a session, may occur on agreed-upon dates as recurring payment charges. Credit charges may occur on agreed-upon dates as recurring charges for any coaching or tarot reading packages that the client signed up for.

ADDITIONAL DIGITAL COACHING MATERIALS

All materials sent to current or existing clients of Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) are proprietary systems of Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC). The client agrees that they do not own these proprietary materials and will not use them with other clients, within the client’s businesses or commercial projects, or post the materials online.

The client is permitted to share their experience or testimonial working with Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) online.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Clients can choose whether they want to remain anonymous in any testimonials, interviews, or anecdotes told through Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC).

Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) reserves the right to share client testimonials online, in podcast episodes, and in other marketing materials and/or social posts unless otherwise requested by the client. All client testimonials and experiences shared by Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC) will leave any and all clients anonymous unless otherwise agreed-upon between the client party and Black Sheep Experience (BetiGrewUp LLC).
